The Annual Miami/Coral Gables Art & Mega Festival is one of Coral Gables’ most significant events. The 2023 art festival will be in January on the 28th and 29th. Six festivals occur all at the same venue and time, celebrating Coral Gables’ beauty and artistic appreciation. Enjoy days of fine arts and crafts exhibitions, beer and wine, fashion showcases, and music concerts. Kids can enjoy a day full of fun with activities such as face painting and art. There is even a dedicated event area for pets.
Carnaval on the Mile
Carnaval on the Mile is a weekend-long street festival in Coral Gables. It celebrates the local Hispanic and Cuban heritage and influences. The event began in 1978 when the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana sparked a vast celebration of Cuban culture. It features an art gallery and music to showcase Cuban culture. The event begins the first weekend in March at 199 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.
Beaux Arts Festival of Art
The annual Beaux Arts Festival of Art is another opportunity to appreciate art and culture. The next festival is on January 14th and 15th, run by Beaux Arts Miami. The festival is a massive gathering of artists from all over the area. It is a juried competition with cash prizes. This upcoming Beaux Arts Festival of Art will be the 72nd in the event’s history.
