MEHDI KHACHANI -CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mehdi has over 20 years of real estate experience, starting with buying and remodeling homes in Canada and the US. He is the founder of JMK Property Investment, a real estate company that offers investment, construction, brokerage, and property management services. Currently, Mehdi serves as the CEO of JMK, overseeing the company’s strategy, goals, expansion, and day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, the investment and management operation has grown to oversee over 1000 doors and $200M in assets. Mehdi holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, a Masters in Engineering from McGill University, and a Bachelors in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. He is also licensed as a general contractor, plumbing contractor, real estate broker, and community association manager in Florida.
JESSICA KHACHANI- DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Jessica Khachani, BSc MIBA, has 15+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry. She provides management services to foreign investors and is an active real estate investor herself, with a diverse portfolio of single family homes and multifamily apartment buildings. In 2010, Jessica founded JMK Property Management to address the challenges of owning and managing properties. The company offers service-focused property management, real estate investment solutions, and ground-up construction services. Jessica has assisted investors in acquiring, remodeling, building, and managing real estate assets in Florida, the US, and abroad. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University (FIU) and a Master’s of International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
